Traditions.

Reeces’s Grandma started a wonderful tradition of taking all of her grandkids on a trip, alone with her, when they turn 8 years old.

They are completely in charge.

In charge of location, activities, eating establishments and curfew.

It’s an 8 year old’s dream.

Reece was able to spend the most spectacular 5 days with his Grandma.

It was magical in every sense of the word.

I know this because the rest of us were able to stow away  like barnacles on his ship of fun.

I was totally star struck wondering who we’d run into around the next corner.

And yes, I’m totally embarrassed that I was star struck.

Grandma, thank you for THE most magical vacation EVER.

But most of all, thank you for making Reece feel like the only kid in the universe.
